Important note
When requesting the services of NokCourier, you “Shipper” agree, on your behalf or in the name of any other person who has an interest in the shipment that the terms and conditions apply from the time the NokCourier company accepts the shipment unless agreed otherwise in writing by an employee accredited by NokCourier
Services
NokCourier for shipping provides local and international express shipping services from door to door, air freight from airport to airport, customs clearance, warehousing and logistics.
Transport terms and conditions
All services must be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the specific transportation company providing the required service.
Additional charges will apply for international shipments of an item greater than 45 kg estimated at 95$
Additional charges will apply for international shipments of more than 120 cm in length, valued at 95$
Shipping fee is calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
Volumetric weight method (length x width x height) / 5000
Remote area service fee applies at a cost of $ 0.3 / kg, with a minimum of 14$

Insurance for documents shipment it covers fixed amount of compensation 400 USD in case of unfortunate direct damage or loss, service fees is 5 USD
Insurance for Non-documents shipments it covers the actual cash value of the shipment, plus shipping charges in case of unfortunate direct loss or damage, service fees is 1% from contents value with minimum charge 18$
Prices are in US dollars payment is in local currency using the exchange rate set by the central bank, starting every day
The shipping fee is due on the same day as the Pickup for cash accounts
Shipping fees are due after 15 days from the date of the invoice for credit accounts
Delivery terms and conditions
Local delivery before the end of the business day at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local destination
Delivery for international shipments is based on the transit time schedule for the specific carrier, unless the delay is due to a customs agency or government agency, and transit time is an indicative time for service
All consignee data and address must be complete and correct to ensure shipments are delivered on time, bearing in mind that there is no delivery in mailboxes
Examination and inspection
NokCourier and the selected transport company have the right to open and inspect the shipment without prior notice
Unacceptable shipments
A parcel is considered unacceptable if it is classified as dangerous or dangerous goods or prohibited or restricted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ISO) or any other relevant organization
NokCourier for shipping Company
NokCourier liability is strictly limited to direct losses and damage only, and to each shipment. All types of losses or other damages are excluded (including but not limited to lost profits, income, interest and future business).
NokCourier’s responsibility in relation to any single shipment that is transferred, is limited to its actual cash value according to the bill of lading and invoice, up to a maximum of $ 100, and ends once it is delivered to the specified carrier
The account holder is fully responsible for all transactions made on the account
